Job summary

MissionRT is seeking a Sales and Deployment Engineer to drive sales in state, local, and federal law enforcement markets while leading deployment and integration of MissionRT technologies. This role blends technical sales with hands-on deployment responsibilities.

The candidate will demonstrate products, engage stakeholders, coordinate deployments, and provide training to end-users across multiple agencies. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in related roles are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• 3+ years of sales, technical sales, or deployment experience (public safety/law enforcement preferred).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and multi-project management skills.
• Familiarity with deployment and product demonstrations a plus.
• Willingness to learn about complex technologies and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities within state, local, and federal law enforcement markets.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and conduct product demonstrations.
• Serve as a technical resource on deployment, capabilities, and best practices.
• Coordinate deployment and provide training to end-users in the field.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report performance against targets.
