Job summary

Kustom Signals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to build strong relationships with law enforcement and governmental entities, while expanding sales across the territory. You will manage a Salesforce-driven pipeline and deliver hands-on demonstrations both in-person and virtually.

Travel approximately 75% of the time, including some evenings and weekends, to tailor solutions and support customers. A four-year degree and 5+ years in technical B2B sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of technical B2B sales or account management, preferably in law enforcement or traffic safety tech.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and traveling extensively.
• Skilled in consultative selling, territory strategy, and influencing purchasing decisions.
• Technically adept with the ability to troubleshoot and train end users.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and writing skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with law enforcement agencies and governmental entities.
• Strategically grow sales through prospecting, presentations, demos, and territory planning.
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer relationships using Salesforce CRM.
• Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and training — both in-person and virtually.
• Travel extensively (approx. 75% of the time), including some evenings and weekends.
• Recommend tailored solutions that align with each agency’s needs and challenges.
• Monitor competitors and contribute insights to overall market strategy.
• Maintain and manage demo equipment for your region.
• Be a reliable, proactive partner to customers and a valued team member across the organization.
