Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field implementation, VoIP systems engineering, or technical project management.

• Proven experience with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software/hardware solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical field deployments for VoIP-integrated solutions.
• Own the implementation timeline from onboarding to go-live.
• Travel frequently to customer locations across the U.S. for on-site installs.
