Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect for a remote US-based position. You will lead deployment of CAD, mobile apps, and RMIS, coordinating with sales, project managers, and customers to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The role requires 4+ years in systems integration or related fields, strong troubleshooting skills, and travel as needed. CJIS policy compliance and customer interaction are key aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, General Studies, Information Systems, or Technology, plus relevant experience.
• 4+ years of engineering/tech experience in an engineering or technology environment.
• US work authorization without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement customer installation activities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Elicit customer requirements and communicate technical details to all levels of the organization.
• Understand Public Safety environments for product security and reliability.
• Deliver solutions within the context of defined product interfaces and limited flexibility.
• General software and IP network debugging skills are critical; be a problem solver.
• Install, Integrate, Deploy, and Deliver defined solutions.
• Identify product defects and track resolution from engineering to customer acceptance.
• Travel to customers as needed for this position.
• Train new team members as required for this position.
