Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect for a remote role in the United States. You will lead deployment of CAD, RMS, and related interfaces, manage project scope, and coordinate with customers and project managers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 4+ years in engineering or IT, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed. CJIS security considerations apply and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Systems Integration, Software Engineering, Product Development, System Test, System Support, or IT.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Experience with public safety environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements customer installation activities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Elicita customer requirements and communicates technical details to all levels.
• Travels to customer sites as needed for deployments and training.
• Documents projects with required deliverables and tracks status and costs.
• Identifies defects and coordinates with engineering for resolution.
