Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect for a remote role across the United States. You will lead deployment of Computer Aided Dispatch systems, mobile apps, and Records Management Systems, interfacing with customers and project managers to ensure successful project completion within schedule and cost constraints.

The role requires 4+ years in systems integration or related fields, strong networking, SQL/XML skills, and willingness to travel as needed; CJIS security policy compliance

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Engineer in an Engineering or Technology environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Technology.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements customer installation activities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Elicits customer requirements and communicates technical details to all levels of the organization.
• Understands Public Safety environments for product security and reliability.
• Delivers solutions within defined product interfaces and standardization.
• Identifies product defects and monitors resolution through engineering to customer acceptance.
• Travel to customers as needed for this position.
