Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect to lead deployment of CAD, mobile apps, and RMS in US customer environments. You will own project scope and interfaces, work with customers and project managers, and deliver standardized solutions with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

This remote role requires travel to customer sites as needed; includes security clearance considerations and CJIS policies. Target base salary range is $95,000–$105,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Systems Integration, Software Engineering, Product Development, System Test, System Support, or IT.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field as required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement customer installation activities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Elicit customer requirements and communicate technical details to all levels.
• Understand Public Safety environments for product security and reliability.
• Deliver solutions within defined product interfaces and standards.
• Troubleshoot networking and software issues; act as problem solver.
• Install, integrate, deploy, and deliver defined solutions.
• Track billable hours and assist in project status reporting.
• Train new team members and travel to customer sites.
