Motorola Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect for remote work nationwide in the United States. You will lead deployment of CAD, mobile apps, and RMS, coordinating with Sales and Service to meet Schedule, Scope, and Cost. Strong interaction with customers and internal teams is essential.

The role requires 4+ years in engineering/tech, knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server, and travel as needed. CJIS security and high-security environments are part of the job’s compliance requirements.

Formación

• Required: High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Technology; 4+ years in engineering/tech env.
• Experience in Systems Integration, Software Engineering, or Public Safety domains is desired.
• Willingness to travel and to work in high-security CJIS environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and implements customer installation activities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Elicits customer requirements and communicates technical details to all levels.
• Understands Public Safety environments for product security and reliability.
• Delivers solutions within defined product interfaces and standardization.
• Troubleshoots and documents project status; tracks billable hours.
• Travel to customers as needed; trains new team members.
