Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect for a remote role in the United States. You will drive deployment of CAD, mobile apps, and RM systems from Sales to Service, owning scope and interfaces. Collaboration with project management and engineering is essential to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires 4+ years in systems integration or related fields, strong communication, and willingness to travel. CJIS security considerations apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Technology with strong technical background.
• 4+ years of experience in Systems Integration, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Product Development, Public Safety, Systems Test or Systems Support.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel as required and work with CJIS Security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements customer installation activities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Elicits customer requirements and communicates technical details to all levels of the organization.
• Understands Public Safety environments for product security and reliability.
• Delivers solutions within defined product interfaces and standardization.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots, and tracks hours billed for projects.
• Trains new team members as required for this position.
• Travels to customers as needed for this position.
