Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect to lead deployment projects for public safety systems across the US. You will own project scope, interfaces, and customer interaction, working with a team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of CAD, mobile apps, and RMS integrations.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, standard interfaces, and collaboration with project management. Candidates with 4+ years in systems integration or related IT fields are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IS or Technology with 4+ years in engineering/tech.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• Experience in systems integration, software/engineering, or related IT roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement customer installation activities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Elicit customer requirements and communicate technical details to all levels.
• Understand public safety environments for product security and reliability.
• Deliver solutions within defined product interfaces with standardization in mind.
• Perform basic software and IP network debugging; identify defects and monitor resolution.
