Job summary

Versaterm is seeking an Account Executive, ECC to drive revenue growth for our Call Triage and AI‑assisted public safety products. This remote, US‑based role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting 9-1-1 centers, PSAPs, law enforcement agencies, and local governments.

The ideal candidate will have deep product knowledge, MEDDPICC discipline, Challenger Sale experience, and the ability to build executive relationships across agencies while consistently meeting quota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7 years of software sales to public safety or government buyers.
• Proven full‑cycle selling, pipeline management, and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and build a steady pipeline via outbound calls and emails.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from discovery to close—across five to six figure deals.
• Deliver compelling demos linking our platform to real public safety operations.
• Apply MEDDPICC rigor for qualification, forecast accuracy, and deal progression.
• Leverage Challenger Sale concepts to reshape customer thinking and value.
