Job summary

Axon Enterprise seeks a PSO Program Manager, Community Connect, to drive operational health across the US customer base and expanding international footprint. You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to remove blockers, ensure deployment readiness, and deliver scalable, policy-aligned partnerships with communities.

You will act as a program escalation resource, manage risks, and help teams execute with consistent quality while maintaining CJIS compliance and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in program management, project management, operations, information technology, professional services, or related field required.
• 2+ years supporting customer-facing technical deployments, implementations, or professional-services programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PSO leadership to implement scalable workflows, operating rhythms, documentation, and reporting that support consistent program delivery.
• Maintain visibility into overall program performance, project status, delivery milestones, dependencies, and customer-impacting risks.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to remove delivery blockers, manage escalations, and improve the customer experience.
