Job summary

Axon Enterprise seeks a PSO Program Manager, Community Connect, to oversee the health and scalable execution of the Community Connect program across the U.S. customer base with international expansion.

You will establish discipline, monitor performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and ensure successful deployments. You will also support hardware deployment readiness, remote configuration, connectivity, and camera integration requirements while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in program management, project management, operations, information technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years supporting customer-facing technical deployments, remote hardware config, activation, or field deployment coordination
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Maintain scalable workflows, operating rhythms, documentation and reporting to support consistent program delivery
• Track overall program performance, project status, delivery milestones, dependencies, and customer-impacting risks
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Finance and other teams to remove blockers and improve customer experience
• Support work-order management, quality checks, and internal handoffs
• Provide technical guidance for deployment planning, hardware readiness, network connectivity, and integration requirements
• Assist deployment of cores in the field, including remote configuration, activation, validation and onsite support
• Develop and maintain playbooks, training materials, and knowledge resources for consistent execution
• Identify recurring issues and drive improvements to scale program execution
• Support adoption of new products and internal tools with clear guidance and readiness resources
