Job summary

Axon Enterprise seeks a PSO Program Manager for Community Connect to lead scalable deployment across the U.S. and international footprint. You will drive program health, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to deliver consistent agency outcomes.

The role requires hands-on experience with hardware deployment, network integration, and remote configuration, plus CJIS background and strong communication skills. Remote work in PT/MT time zones is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with 2+ years in customer-facing technical deployments.
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable next steps and maintain clear documentation.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable workflows, operating rhythms, documentation, and reporting for consistent program delivery.
• Maintain visibility into program performance, status, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Finance and other teams to remove blockers and improve customer experience.
• Support work-order management, quality checks, and internal handoffs.
• Serve as a technical resource for deployment planning, hardware readiness, network connectivity, and integration requirements.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, training materials, and knowledge resources for consistent execution.
