Job summary

Axon seeks a PSO Program Manager, Community Connect, to lead operational health and scalable execution across Axon’s U.S. customer base and growing international footprint. You’ll establish disciplined processes, tools, and playbooks to deliver consistent agency outcomes while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Remote-eligible role in PT or MT time zones with about 30% travel. You’ll drive deployment readiness, manage risks, and help agencies launch Community Connect programs that balance

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting customer-facing technical deployments, implementations, or professional-services programs.
• Knowledge of hardware, networking, connectivity and integration concepts and how to translate findings.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder work with dependencies and risks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with clear documentation and cross-team coordination.
• Experience developing workflows, playbooks, and training materials for consistent execution.
• CRM and project-management tools proficiency (Salesforce/Jira/Smartsheet or similar).
• Analytical mindset to identify trends and improve performance.
• Public safety, SaaS, video tech or connected hardware experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PSO leadership to implement scalable workflows, operating rhythms, documentation, and reporting.
• Maintain visibility into program performance, status, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Finance to remove blockers and improve experience.
• Support work-order management and closure activities, including quality checks and handoffs.
• Serve as a technical resource for deployment planning, hardware readiness, network configuration, and integration.
• Support deployment of Cores in the field, including remote configuration and onsite support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, connectivity, and video integration issues and coordinate escalations.
• Create and maintain technical readiness guidance, checklists, and escalation paths.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, training materials, and knowledge resources for consistent execution.
• Identify recurring issues and partner with leadership to implement improvements at scale.
• Support adoption of new products and internal tools with clear guidance and readiness resources.
