• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

• Manages the full recruitment lifecycle for provider roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Sources candidates through direct outreach, job boards, residency programs, and professional networks.
• Screens and evaluates candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with organizational needs.
• Coordinates interviews and facilitates communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate information within applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Develops and maintains candidate pipelines for current and future provider hiring needs.
• Coordinates site visits, including scheduling interviews, facility tours, and community experiences for candidates.
• Collaborates with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders to support recruitment planning and hiring decisions.
• Assists with offer preparation and supports communication of compensation and employment details to candidates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
