Job summary

Hopscotch Primary Care is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This remote-based role focuses on hiring for advanced practice provider, physician and medical director roles, with occasional travel to clinic markets; preference for candidates in Western North Carolina.

You will develop sourcing strategies, partner with multiple stakeholders, and drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers, while maintaining a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle provider recruiting in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine or internal medicine recruiting.
• Knowledge of value-based care is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop creative and effective physician sourcing strategies.
• Strong employer branding to attract top candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS systems: posting requisitions, tracking activity, ensuring data compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify physician and advanced practice provider candidates.
• Manage full recruitment life-cycle from sourcing to offers.
• Partner with hiring managers and vendors to meet staffing needs.
• Engage in recruitment events and provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Assure compliance and accurate data in the ATS.
