• At least 2 years of candidate sourcing experience

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle, high-volume recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Source and recruit nationally across multiple divisions and programs
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines via networking, residency programs, events, job boards and social media
• Present providers with details on our company, compensation plan and benefits
• Coordinate candidate itineraries, travel, and site visits
• Manage relationships with Business Development, HR and Operations leaders to meet hiring goals
