Job summary

Heartline Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Physician & Advanced Practice Recruiter to recruit physicians and advanced practice providers for opportunities nationwide. This 100% remote role is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-only compensation.

This is not entry-level; we require at least 5 years of professional recruiting experience, specifically in healthcare, with the ability to independently source, engage, screen, and manage candidates through the full recruiting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting physicians and/or advanced practice providers.
• Full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience.
• Strong physician and provider sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Ability to independently identify and engage passive provider candidates.
• Strong candidate discovery, screening, and qualification skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple provider searches and candidate pipelines.
• Must be U.S.-based.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified physicians and advanced practice providers for available openings.
• Independently source and headhunt passive and active provider candidates.
• Conduct candidate outreach, discovery, and screening.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements.
• Verify applicable specialty experience, education, board certification or eligibility, licenses, certifications, and other required qualifications.
• Identify relocation, geographic, compensation, scheduling, and availability considerations during candidate discovery.
• Prepare accurate and complete candidate submissions.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Follow candidates through interviews, offers, and placement.
• Maintain an active provider pipeline and consistent follow-up.
