Job summary

Hopscotch Primary Care is seeking a remote Provider Recruiter for a temporary assignment. The recruiter will partner with operations and clinical leaders to hire for advanced practice providers, physicians and medical directors, while serving as the recruiting subject matter expert.

The role requires 5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience, familiarity with value-based care, and strong sourcing across multiple channels. Travel to clinics or events may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a provider recruiter in a healthcare setting.
• Experience recruiting for primary care, family practice and internal medicine.
• Knowledge of value-based care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top Physician and Advanced Practice Provider candidates.
• Manage an assigned requisition load and conduct full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to offer.
• Consult with hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment, staffing forecasting and diversity.
