Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Provider Network Specialist to analyze provider data and support the performance team in monthly provider performance meetings. The role emphasizes data analysis, claims processing awareness, provider setup, and root-cause analysis to improve provider engagement.

Remote in OR or WA with travel up to 15%. The ideal candidate has healthcare experience, provider interaction history, and strong communication skills to deliver actionable insights and support performance

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience
5 years of direct provider interaction experience
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Experience in claims research, provider setup, root cause analysis, and process improvement

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth audits across provider performance systems (demographics, fee schedules, Looker reports, claims payment) to identify gaps and root causes.
Support Field Performance initiatives by engaging providers to resolve issues and document outcomes.
Manage the full contract lifecycle to onboard high-performing providers and improve engagement.
Prepare for monthly performance meetings by pulling data and creating AI-assisted slide decks and follow-up items.
