Providence is seeking a Provider Compensation Analyst to analyze and design provider compensation programs remotely, with eligibility across most states in the U.S. The role includes data gathering, CPT coding reviews, proforma creation, market analysis, and plan modeling for new hires, acquisitions, and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area.
• 3 years experience in compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and project/change management skills.
• Experience with Human Resources, Contracting and Business Intelligence Software.
• Experience with data reporting and analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and design provider compensation programs.
