Qualifications

• 5+ years in managed care or a health plan.
• 5+ years of provider-facing experience.
• Experience improving provider performance across cost/quality.
• Strong analytical and data-translation skills.
• Strong provider relationship management and communication.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Own performance management for providers across cost, quality, access.
• Lead provider performance reviews and Joint Operating Committees.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support contract negotiations with performance incentives.
