Job summary

Counterpart Health is seeking a Provider Growth Partner to accelerate provider network expansion and launch new markets across the United States. This field-based sales role will engage physicians, practice admins, and health system leaders to demonstrate Counterpart Assistant and enroll providers into the network.

Based in the US with 60–70% travel, you will drive the growth strategy, manage a robust pipeline, and partner with success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and market expansion

Qualifications

• 7+ years of outside sales experience in healthcare technology, clinical software, or provider network contracting.
• Experience prospecting, delivering executive-level presentations and product demonstrations.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and to build partnerships with physician practices and health systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and recruit independent primary care practices and provider organizations; build a healthy sales pipeline and CRM activity.
• Conduct provider outreach and product demonstrations; address objections, negotiate participation, and close partnerships.
• Represent Counterpart Health at meetings, conferences, and events to increase awareness and opportunities.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding transition by partnering with Provider Success teams.
