Job summary

Counterpart Health seeks a Provider Growth Partner to accelerate provider network expansion and launch new markets across the United States. This field-based role will identify, engage, and enroll primary care providers into the Counterpart Health provider network, meeting physicians, practice administrators, and healthcare leaders to demonstrate Counterpart Assistant and communicate its value.

The ideal candidate will reside in the United States with 60–70% travel (3–4 days/week) and remote

Qualifications

• 7+ years of outside sales experience in healthcare technology or value-based care solutions.
• Experience prospecting, delivering executive presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Strong understanding of primary care, Medicare Advantage, and provider economics.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and recruit providers across markets and meet recruitment goals.
• Conduct outreach and demonstrate Counterpart Assistant to providers.
• Represent Counterpart Health at meetings, conferences, and events.
• Coordinate with Provider Success teams for onboarding.
