Qualifications

• 4+ years supervisory experience in healthcare or MMIS outsourcing.
• 2+ years leading a provider enrollment team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CXone/Verint/Avaya.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead a team of individual contributors.
• Establish routines with metrics and reporting to drive performance; train and coach using account-specific metrics.
• Participate in client-related activities and ensure adherence to policies.
• Work with leaders to achieve SLAs and handle escalated inquiries.
