Gainwell is seeking a Provider Enrollment Lead to support day-to-day operations of a provider enrollment team. You will monitor enrollment activities, assist with enrollment, maintenance, and revalidation, and train staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

You will also review reports and update procedures as requirements change. You will work remotely with Idaho residents and help maintain service levels while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of provider enrollment experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and provider enrollment systems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor enrollment operations and workloads to support service levels for enrollment, maintenance, and revalidation.
• Train and mentor provider enrollment staff and provide day-to-day guidance to the team.
• Process and support enrollment, maintenance, and revalidation activities and research moderately complex questions.
• Review reports and daily transactions for accuracy and data integrity and ensure adherence to policies.
• Help develop and improve provider enrollment policies and workflows to reflect payer or regulatory changes.
