Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare or MMIS, with 2+ years leading a provider enrollment team.
• Proficiency with CXone, Verint, Avaya or similar platforms for contact center/back-office ops.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and oral communication to work with teams, customers, and clients.
• Ability to make decisions and solve challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead a team of individual contributors for day-to-day operations.
• Lead routines, leverage reporting to drive team performance and metrics.
• Participate in client activities, ensuring policy adherence and effective collaboration.
• Meet SLAs and support team members by handling escalated inquiries.
• Create conditions for success by removing obstacles and championing change.
