Job summary

Qualifications

• Foreign Medical Graduate or active RN license required.
• Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) preferred or ability to obtain within six months.
• Strong ability to review medical records and provide actionable feedback.
• Experience in education, documentation improvement, and clinician training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver provider education on accurate clinical documentation.
• Perform pre- and post-visit chart reviews to identify documentation and coding opportunities.
• Conduct monthly CDI audits and lead education based on findings.
• Travel to assigned locations and support remote/onsite clinician education.
