Qualifications

• Must review medical records and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to clinicians.
• Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) or ability to obtain CRC within six months.

Responsibilities

• Educate clinicians on accurate documentation and coding concepts.
• Perform pre- and post-visit chart reviews and audits to identify opportunities.
• Develop and deliver educational resources and trainings for provider teams.
• Collaborate with coding and billing teams to improve documentation quality.
• Travel to assigned clinics or events as needed.
