Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years in Provider Customer Service or Help Desk environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Availity Essentials and EFT processes.
• Ability to work independently and with team members.
• Knowledge of electronic data interchange (EDI) technology and ANSI formats.

Responsibilities

• Field, answer, or refer customer inquiries for problem resolution about EFT enrollments.
• Perform EFT validation calls and update the Availity Essentials enrollment tool.
• Update internal documents related to EFT enrollment and validation processes.
• Research and resolve Availity escalation issues involving the provider portal.
• Document internal EFT customer-reported problems via Remedy and escalation tickets.
• Provide customer support via telephone, email, Remedy tickets, and Availity Client Service tickets.
