Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 1+ years in Provider Customer Service or technical Help Desk
• Knowledge of EDI and ANSI formats in healthcare transactions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Field, answer, or refer inquiries for EFT enrollment issues
• Perform EFT validation calls and update Availity Essentials tools
• Maintain internal EFT enrollment documents
• Research and resolve Availity escalation issues with product owners
• Document issues via Remedy and escalation tickets
• Meet service level agreements for internal and external customers
• Provide internal/external customer support via phone, email, or tickets
• Assist with EFT testing when required
