Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Provider Electronic Data Specialist I to support EFT enrollment processes and Availity-based workflows. The role emphasizes accurate data handling, escalation management, and timely customer service across internal and external stakeholders.

You will work within the Provider Contracting and Business Operations team to ensure effective electronic data interchange (EDI) solutions and improve data processing reliability for healthcare transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year in Provider Customer Service or Help Desk.
• Experience with EFT enrollment processes and EDI in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about EFT enrollments and perform EFT validation calls.
• Update and maintain internal EFT enrollment documents and tools.
• Research and resolve Availity escalation issues with the provider portal.
• Document problems via Remedy and escalate as needed.
• Provide customer support by phone, email, and ticketing systems.
