The position offers work-from-home options within Oregon, Washington, Utah, or Idaho, with emphasis on accurate data handling, SLA adherence, and cross-department teamwork to improve electronic data interchange in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years in Provider Customer Service or technical Help Desk.
• Experience with EFT enrollment processes and Availity Essentials helpful.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Field, answer, or escalate provider inquiries about EFT enrollments.
• Perform EFT validation calls and update Availity Essentials.
• Maintain internal EFT enrollment documentation and processes.
• Research and resolve Availity escalation issues with provider portal.
• Document issues via Remedy and Escalation Tickets.
• Provide customer support via phone, email, or tickets.
