Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Provider Electronic Data Specialist I to support EFT enrollment processes and Availity Essentials usage. You will handle inquiries, perform EFT validation calls, and maintain documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in Provider Customer Service or technical Help Desk environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with EDI technology and ANSI format knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field, answer or refer customer inquiries for EFT enrollment issue resolution.
• Perform EFT validation calls and update the Transaction Enrollment tool on Availity Essentials.
• Update internal documents related to EFT enrollment and validation processes.
• Research and resolve Availity escalation issues involving the provider portal function.
• Document all EFT customer-reported problems via Remedy and Escalation Tickets.
