Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1+ years in Provider Customer Service or technical Help Desk environment.
• Experience with electronic data interchange (EDI) technology and ANSI formats.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Answer and refer inquiries for EFT enrollments and problem resolution.
• Perform EFT validation calls and update Enrollment tool in Availity Essentials.
• Maintain internal documents on EFT enrollment and validation processes.
• Research and resolve Availity escalation issues involving provider portal functions.
