Job summary

Provider Electronic Data Specialist I at Cambia Health Solutions will support EFT enrollments and Availity-based data processing to help health care providers. You will handle EFT validation, update enrollment tools, and collaborate with product owners to resolve issues while maintaining documentation and meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EDI and ANSI formats in health care.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries about EFT enrollments.
• Perform EFT validation calls and update Availity Essentials.
• Update internal EFT enrollment documents.
• Resolve Availity escalation issues with product owners.
• Document problems via Remedy and manage tickets.
