Responsibilities

• Fields, answers or refers customer inquiries for problem resolution about EFT enrollments.
• Performs EFT validation calls and updates the Transaction Enrollment tool on Availity Essentials.
• Researches and resolves Availity escalation issues involving the provider portal function.
