Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Provider Electronic Data Specialist I to support EFT enrollments and EFT validation in a healthcare provider environment. You will use Availity Essentials and Remedy to resolve issues, document processes, and maintain EFT communications with providers.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in Provider Customer Service or Help Desk, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, problem solving, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ year experience in Provider Customer Service or Help Desk environment or equivalent.
• Familiarity with EDI technology as it applies to healthcare transactions.

Responsibilities

• Fields, answers or refers customer inquiries for problem resolution about EFT enrollments.
• Performs EFT validation calls and updates the Availity Essentials tool.
• Updates/maintains internal EFT enrollment documentation.
• Researches and resolves Availity escalation issues involving the provider portal.
• Documents EFT issues via Remedy and Escalation Tickets.
• Adheres to service level agreements for internal/external customers.
• Provides customer support via phone, email, Remedy tickets, and Availity client service tickets.
• Maintains EFT shared inbox and generates EFT reporting.
• Performs EFT testing when required.
