• Handle EFT enrollments inquiries and resolutions.
• Perform EFT validation calls and update Availity Essentials Transactions Enrollment tool.
• Update internal EFT enrollment documents and processing steps.
• Research and resolve Availity escalation issues involving the provider portal and data display.
• Document all EFT issues via Remedy and Escalation Tickets.
• Meet service level agreements for internal/external customers.
• Provide internal/external customer support via phone, email, or tickets.
• Ensure EFT testing is performed when required.
