Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with provider data in health insurance
• 1+ year of direct people management experience
• 1+ years using data and metrics to drive improvements across teams

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a team with performance management and HR tasks
• Monitor dashboards and track operational KPIs; perform root-cause analysis
• Make volume-based decisions aligned with customer needs
• Lead team huddles and align with Oscar's mission, vision, values
• Foster an inclusive culture aligned with Oscar's core values
• Lead continuous improvement to develop a high-performing production team
• Identify and close gaps in existing workflows
• Collaborate across production and other Oscar teams to implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
