The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in healthcare/HR/finance and 3+ years in compensation design, with strong data analytics and project management. Experience with BI tools and data reporting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years experience in compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on compensation strategy and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement provider compensation plans aligned with market benchmarks and regulatory standards.
