Qualifications

• 3 years experience in compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data for provider compensation designs.
• Review CPT coding and develop proformas and reports.
• Perform market analysis and plan modeling for hires, acquisitions, and renewals.
• Collaborate on implementation for new acquisitions within the system.
• Research legal compliance and market surveys related to provider pay.
