Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Account Manager III to drive revenue and build lasting relationships within our Protein Diagnostic Division portfolio. You will prospect, close new Laboratory and Health System business, and support existing accounts with consultative solutions.

This remote-based field role covers Texas/Oklahoma, requiring up to 50-75% travel, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and disciplined account planning to meet sales objectives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years’ sales experience in Laboratory, Medical Device, or Diagnostics Sales.
• Capital sales experience preferred.
• Consistent record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong strategic selling and complex selling skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel up to 50-75%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes territory sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Prospect and close new Laboratory and Health System business, while expanding existing accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and account activity.
• Conduct regular Customer Business Reviews and drive product go-lives.
• Represent Thermo Fisher in a professional manner with customers and 내부 stakeholders.
