Qualifications

• 3-5 years of quota-carrying field sales or business development experience.
• Experience in CDMO sales and in one or more drug modalities is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
• Strong analytical, financial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth and achieve AOP targets.
• Secure new molecules and service expansions; increase share of wallet.
• Consultative selling from outreach to contract execution.
• Develop and close commercial opportunities, quotations and contracts.
• Identify opportunities within accounts and prospects; maintain a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions and support customer success.
