Job summary

Precision Medicine Group's AQ Proposals team is seeking an experienced proposal writer or copywriter to support the development of capabilities presentations, RFIs, RFPs, and new business pitch materials.

You will craft narrative content, oversee storytelling, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to communicate our value to prospective clients while adhering to brand guidelines. This remote role offers competitive compensation and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or relevant field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in proposal writing, copywriting, content marketing, business development, presentations, or client services.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with diverse teams and communicating with executive leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Curate information about Precision teams and offerings to communicate capabilities and value story to prospective clients.
• Critically review RFIs and RFPs and apply key information to opportunities.
• Speculatively craft narrative and summary content in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint before seeking feedback.
• Drive messaging and storytelling across slides, case studies, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure updated messaging is reflected in deliverables.
• Own off-the-shelf resources and maintain content libraries for Sales and other teams.
