Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an experienced proposal writer and/or copywriter to support the development of capabilities presentations, RFIs/RFPs, and new business pitch materials for the Sales team.

The role involves curating information about Precision teams, reviewing RFIs/RFPs, and crafting narrative content across Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, while ensuring brand consistency and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or relevant field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in proposal writing, copywriting, creative writing, content marketing, business development, presentations, or client services.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with diverse teams and communicating with executive leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Curate information about Precision teams and offerings to communicate capabilities and value to prospective clients.
• Critically review RFIs and RFPs and apply key information to opportunities.
• Craft narrative and summary content in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint before feedback.
• Drive storytelling and content across executive summaries, slide titles, case studies, and other components.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and leaders to craft cohesive stories.
• Follow organizational brand guidelines for all deliverables.
• Provide copy feedback and evolve storytelling.
• Train colleagues on effective storytelling.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to update messaging.
• Own off‑the‑shelf resource creation and dissemination to Sales and other teams.
• Maintain slide libraries and content repositories; suggest process improvements.
