Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an experienced proposal writer or copywriter to support development of capabilities presentations, RFI/RFP responses, new business pitches, case studies, and sales resources.

Responsibilities include content development, storytelling, and maintaining brand guidelines while collaborating with senior leaders to craft cohesive narratives across templates and original content. Remote work with cross-functional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or relevant field.
• 3–5 years' experience in proposal writing, copywriting, content marketing, or client services.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and executives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Curate information about Precision teams and offerings to communicate capabilities and value.
• Review RFIs and RFPs and tailor information for opportunities.
• Craft narrative content in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; seek feedback.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align messaging across deliverables.
• Maintain brand guidelines and coach colleagues on storytelling.
• Proactively organize slide libraries and content repositories.
