Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking an experienced proposal writer/copywriter to support capability presentations, RFIs, RFPs, and new business pitches. You will craft narratives and executive summaries, curate content, and ensure brand consistency across communications.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in proposal/copywriting, strong storytelling abilities, and experience collaborating with senior leaders. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and rapid content development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or relevant field
• 3-5 years’ experience in proposal writing, copywriting, content marketing, or related areas
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Experience working with diverse teams and executive leaders
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Curate information about Precision teams and offerings for capabilities communications
• Critically review RFIs/RFPs and tailor information for opportunities
• Craft narrative and summary content in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Guide messaging, titles, case studies and other presentation components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to weave templated and new content
• Enforce brand guidelines across deliverables
• Provide copy feedback and suggest storytelling improvements
• Train colleagues on effective storytelling and messaging
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align updated messaging
• Own off-the-shelf content libraries and resource dissemination
