Job summary

Precision Medicine Group’s Precision AQ Proposals team seeks an experienced proposal writer and/or copywriter to support development of capabilities presentations, RFIs/RFPs, and new business pitches. You will craft narrative content for PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, collaborating with executives to weave cohesive stories and enforce brand guidelines.

Work is remote, with potential collaboration across Marketing and Sales to keep messaging current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or relevant field
• 3-5 years’ experience in proposal writing, copywriting, creative writing, content marketing, business development, presentations, or client services
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Experience working with diverse teams and communicating with executive leaders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PowerPoint design proficiency
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Curate information about Precision teams and offerings to communicate capabilities and value to clients
• Review RFIs and RFPs and apply key information for new opportunities
• Craft narrative and summary content in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Drive storytelling improvements across content, summaries, slide titles, case studies, and other materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to create cohesive stories
• Ensure adherence to organizational brand guidelines for all deliverables
• Provide feedback and train colleagues on storytelling
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align messaging
• Own off-the-shelf resources and dissemination to Sales and teams
• Maintain slide libraries and content repositories and provide AI process evolution insights
• Suggest ways to optimize internal processes for efficiency
